After over seven months of bank filings, environmental studies, multiple appearances on cable access television at City Hall, a neighborhood meeting, a conditional use permit, legal negotiations, and yes, even a government shutdown, we have officially closed on the 19,000-square-foot building that will become our second clinic location!

I had multiple patients who’d been through commercial real estate purchases before warn me: it will take much longer than you think. They were right and then some. I had no idea. We closed at the end of January, and we have not slowed down since.

So Where Are We Headed?

The new building is located on 2nd Street in historic downtown Hudson, Wisconsin, along the St. Croix River.

This second location was born out of a need to house some of the newer services we’ve been wanting to bring to our patients for a couple of years now, including therapeutic plasma exchange (more on that VERY soon), medically guided IV therapies, hormone pellet therapy, neural therapy, PRF and stem cell procedures. Depending on how the elevator installation goes, we’re anticipating an opening toward the end of July.

When dreaming about this second location, I knew that I wanted a place that in itself was healing. I wanted a destination for health that was set in a community within walking distance to great food sourced by local farmers, music, Art, shopping, lodging AND plenty of parking. I also wanted a location that was easily accessible for out of state patients to fly into (Minneapolis-St.Paul International airport is 25 miles away). Historic Hudson is all of these things.

There is so much more to share: new team members, new services, behind-the-scenes updates from the buildout, and we will be filling you in every step of the way.

For now, just know: this has been a long time coming. We’re so excited to see it all come to life.

I’m so grateful to be a part of the community that Olos has become.

Take care,
