Ready to Schedule?
If you are ready to get started with a consult, or are an existing patient scheduling a follow-up, you can schedule online using our portal.
We offer both virtual and in-person visits. Patients that do not live in states where Dr. Hopkins, DO or Dr. Rueda, DO are licensed will need to be seen in-person for their initial visit.
• Dr. Hopkins, DO is licensed to see patients from MN, WI, and OH.
• Dr. Rueda, DO is licensed to see patients from MN, WI, and SD.
• In-person visits with Dr Hopkins, DO are by appointment only at the WI farm.
• In-person visits with Dr. Rueda, DO are at her home office in Excelsior, MN as well as at the farm in Wisconsin.
